Silver IOM Syllabus

The International Olympiad of Mathematics is abbreviated as IOM. Students’ analytical thinking abilities in school-level mathematics are evaluated by the National and International Mathematics Olympiad exams. Each year, pupils nationwide, ranging in class from 1 to 12, participate in the International Olympiad of Mathematics to ascertain their actual prospects in the field of mathematics in the future. The CBSE/ICSE/State Boards syllabus serves as the sole basis for the Silverzone IOM test.Silver IOM Syllabus – International Olympiad of Mathematics (IOM)

Highlights of the Exam

Three International Olympiad of Mathematics levels are held at the Silverzone Foundation. Each level must be completed for a student to advance to the next.

1st Level

For all students in grades 1 to 12, Level 1 is available.

2nd Level

In a second-level exam, the top 1000 first-level Olympiad rank holders in each class will square off for the top spots. All class 1 rank holders with at least 75% of the marks and at least 100 pupils from a certain school are eligible to move on to Level 2.

3rd Level

Second-level Olympiad rank bearers from Classes 6 to 12 are eligible to enter Level 3. Level 3 will occur in India’s New Delhi.

Syllabus for Silver IOM

The CBSE/ICSE/State Board syllabus is included in the Olympiad test. Candidates from any of these boards are eligible to take the test. Each grade’s Silver IOM syllabus is broken down into four pieces that address ideas and subjects that are best matched to the students’ knowledge and curriculum. Silver IOM Syllabus – International Olympiad of Mathematics (IOM) Logical thinking, mathematical reasoning, everyday mathematics, and the achiever portion make up its four sections.

  • Logical Reasoning: The goal of the first portion is to help students become more adept at learning and to approach verbal and nonverbal reasoning on a range of subjects with ease.
  • Mathematical Reasoning: In this section, students solve a variety of mathematical problems to develop their understanding of different approaches to mathematical reasoning.
  • Everyday Mathematics: The third section’s goal is to assist students in honing their problem-solving abilities in relation to a range of mathematical ideas.
  • Achiever portion: Participants take a final test assessing their fundamental mathematics knowledge in this portion. Since this section covers the fundamental idea in great detail, students will do better on numerous problems if they are already familiar with the themes.
