1. What’s the schedule for the Online exam window open and close for the SCO International Olympiad?

Answer: The online exam windows are open from 5 AM to 7 PM (Indian Standard Time) for each exam, based on the exam date selected during registration by the student.

Students should stay in touch with the exam department of the SCO Olympiad and regularly check their registered email for updates.

2. How to select the exam date for the SCO International Olympiad?

Answer: Upon signing up for the SCO Olympiad exams, students are directed to the exam SLOTs page before proceeding to the payment page. Once students have selected their exam date, it will be displayed in their profile on the student dashboard. The dashboard is designed to help students prepare for the Olympiad exams online.

3. How can we find out about the candidates’ scores and results?

Answer: During the SCO Online Olympiad exams, students will receive their scores and rankings immediately. However, the rankings may change based on the students participating in different time slots of the same exam. Additionally, the SCO Olympiad is also conducted offline, and the final rankings are declared and published on the SCO Olympiad’s official website.

4. Are answer keys available at any time and When will the exam results be released?

Answer: The comprehensive solutions and answer key for each question will be available after the final session of the corresponding subject’s Olympiad exam has concluded. The live key and solutions will also display the options chosen by the students during the exam. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to challenge any questions to seek clarification.

After the release of the key and complete solutions, the final results will be announced within 10 days.

5. What are the eligibility criteria for level 2 for the SCO Olympiad exam?

Answer: Level 2 of the Science Olympiad Foundation (SCO) exam is specifically designed for students participating in the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) and International Science Olympiad (ISO). It is open to students from classes 3 to 12. To qualify for level 2, students must secure at least 50% marks in the Olympiad exams.

6. Which subjects and Grades are included in Level 2 exams?

Answer: For Level 2, it is important to emphasise that students who have already registered for Level 1 do not need to pay again for registration. Level 2 specifically applies to the Maths Olympiad and Science Olympiad, and only students in classes 3 to 12 are eligible to participate in Level 2 of the Olympiad exam.
