NTSE Syllabus: NTSE is one of the most prestigious, and hence, competitive scholarship program in India. Around 10 lakh students appear for this exam every year. Only students of Class 10 are eligible to appear for this exam which is conducted by the NCERT.

Students appearing for NTSE exam must have a clear knowledge of the NTSE exam pattern and NTSE Syllabus. NTSE Syllabus: NTSE Exam Pattern

The first thing you need to know before getting into the detailed NTSE Syllabus is the NTSE exam pattern. The exam pattern is same for both NTSE Stage 1 and Stage 2. In both the stages, there are two sections – Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Ability Test (SAT). The SAT again has two parts – Language Test and Science, Social Science & Mathematics. The syllabus is same for all these sections, for both the stages of NTSE.
